Claude Partner Network

San Francisco | Mumbai: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Anthropic have announced a global strategic partnership aimed at accelerating enterprise AI adoption through the Claude Partner Network, enabling organizations to scale AI initiatives with stronger governance, industry-specific solutions, and workforce transformation.

As a Global Premier Partner in the Claude Partner Network, TCS will establish a dedicated Business Unit focused on delivering customer value through joint industry solutions and deep AI expertise powered by the Claude family of models.

The collaboration will provide enterprises with early access to Claude models while helping them move AI projects beyond pilot stages into full-scale production deployments.

The partnership addresses one of the biggest challenges facing organizations in regulated industries, where AI initiatives often struggle to progress due to stringent requirements around accuracy, auditability, oversight, and compliance.

By combining TCS’ governance frameworks, implementation capabilities, and enterprise expertise with Anthropic’s AI technology, the companies aim to enable customers to deploy AI confidently in production environments.

As part of its role in the Claude Partner Network, TCS will bring Claude models to enterprises seeking high levels of accuracy, deep integration, resilience, and governance.

The collaboration encompasses internal deployment, joint go-to-market offerings, industry co-innovation, and workforce enablement to provide organizations with a practical path toward enterprise-wide AI adoption and measurable business outcomes.

To strengthen its own AI capabilities, TCS will equip 50,000 associates across engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales functions with enterprise-wide access to Claude.

By deploying the technology internally, the company intends to gain operational insights that can be leveraged to support customer transformations while reinforcing the value of the Claude Partner Network.

The companies will also jointly develop and market AI solutions and services across multiple sectors, including highly regulated industries such as financial services, public services, life sciences, healthcare, aviation, telecom, and medtech.

Their collaboration will focus on domain-specific workflows, modernization initiatives, and customer experience transformation, backed by TCS’ consulting, engineering, and managed services capabilities.

Additionally, BFSI Products and Platforms teams will use Claude Code to enhance productivity in software engineering and IT operations.

TCS iON, which conducts over 75 million annual assessments across 1,500 cities in India, will deliver learning programs and certifications focused on Claude models through the Claude Partner Network, helping create a future-ready AI-certified workforce across the country.

The company will also contribute its domain-led engineering expertise to the Claude Code ecosystem through reusable skills and plugins, including capabilities for claims adjudication and lending advisory.

K Krithivasan, CEO and MD, TCS, said: “Enterprise AI value comes from understanding business context, orchestrating complex systems, and applying deep AI engineering talent.

By combining Claude with our industry expertise, engineering rigor, and large-scale transformation capabilities, we will help customers move faster to production, especially in industries where trust, resilience, and regulatory discipline are critical.

This partnership reflects TCS’ broader strategy to help clients become perpetually adaptive enterprises by turning frontier AI into transformation at enterprise scale.”

Dario Amodei, Co-founder and CEO, Anthropic, said: “We built Claude to be safe, trusted, and helpful, particularly in contexts where accuracy matters most.
