Launch Ignite Flywheel Transform Framework to Accelerate AI Transformation
As part of the initiative, Wipro is scaling its internal deployment of Gemini Enterprise and plans to empower more than 10,000 AI-certified specialists, including 1,500 Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), with advanced AI capabilities to enhance productivity, streamline operations and accelerate decision-making.
As part of the expanded partnership, Wipro has launched the Launch Ignite Flywheel Transform framework, known as the LIFT framework, to help enterprises accelerate AI transformation and operationalize agentic AI at scale.
Powered by Wipro Intelligence, Wipro’s unified suite of AI platforms, solutions and transformative offerings, the Launch Ignite Flywheel Transform framework integrates Gemini Enterprise with Wipro’s AI-powered delivery platforms, WINGS and WEGA.
The unified ecosystem is designed to help organizations transition from basic task automation to embedding secure, autonomous AI agents directly into core, multi-step business workflows.

Wipro to Build 1,500 Certified FDE Team
To accelerate value creation, Wipro is building a dedicated team of more than 1,500 certified Forward Deployed Engineers.
The team will combine Google Cloud’s expertise with Wipro’s consulting and engineering capabilities to scale AI adoption from pilot projects to enterprise-wide deployment.
The Launch Ignite Flywheel Transform framework is part of Wipro’s broader effort to operationalize agentic AI and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.

Wipro has also integrated the Antigravity Command Line Interface into its software engineering ecosystem.
The integration enables agentic workflows that assist developers with planning, coding, testing and application modernization.
According to Wipro, the transition has delivered quantifiable outcomes for development lifecycles, including productivity improvements for custom application development and significant reductions in post-production defects.
