Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) has invited Expressions of Interest (EoI) from startups to collaborate with leading business firms through its ‘business for startups’ initiative.
Startups with established products and revenue can leverage this business for startups initiative for piloting development, strategic industry partnerships, market access, and opportunities to showcase innovative solutions that address real-world business challenges.
Startups aspiring to scale up can leverage this programme to expand their business network, while also receiving guidance and market support from industry partners and global firms through the business for startups platform.
The initiative opens new marketing possibilities for Kerala startups, enabling them to venture further into domestic and international markets with the support of established multinational corporations.

The business for startups programme is designed to help startups accelerate growth through industry-driven collaborations and strategic partnerships.
“Through this programme KSUM seeks to strengthen collaboration between startups and corporates by creating industry-driven business engagements,” KSUM CEO Anoop Ambika noted.
Participating startups will gain exposure to new markets, expand professional networks, and accelerate business growth through corporate collaboration, he added.
The business for startups initiative also aims to provide startups with greater visibility and access to enterprise opportunities.
Eligible startups with proven products and revenue generation can apply for the programme.
Over the years, KSUM has facilitated business worth ₹20 crore for Kerala-based startups through its various outreach programmes and promotional initiatives.
The business for startups initiative further strengthens KSUM’s efforts to support innovation-led entrepreneurship in the state.
KSUM’s flagship annual event Huddle Global has emerged as a major platform bringing together startups, investors, innovators, policymakers, and visionaries.
Recognised as one of Asia’s largest startup festivals, the event has successfully positioned Kerala as a global tech destination while attracting business interests and investments for Kerala startups from India and abroad.
Through initiatives like business for startups, KSUM continues to enhance market access and business opportunities for emerging ventures.
In addition, KSUM-supported startups have built a strong presence at international startup and technology events, gaining global exposure and access to international markets.
