Pune: In a strategic move to redefine operational efficiency in B2B e-commerce, Ampivo AI, a leader in enterprise-grade multi-modal AI solutions, has acquired a 51% controlling stake in Commerce Forever Solutions, a renowned player in backend e-commerce operations.
This acquisition marks Ampivo AI’s entry into the B2B commerce domain, expanding its technological footprint by deploying its predictive AI systems in real-world logistics and fulfillment scenarios.
Commerce Forever closed FY 2024–25 with net sales of ₹115 crore, showcasing robust operational capabilities that Ampivo AI aims to amplify through its intelligent automation and forecasting platforms. Under the acquisition, Commerce Forever will retain its current leadership and continue to operate under its brand name, while integrating into the larger Ampivo AI ecosystem.
The strategic focus of the partnership lies in leveraging AI to optimize key business processes—ranging from inventory planning and supply chain efficiency to automated decision-making—with clearly defined KPIs around cost reduction and scalability.
