Thiruvananthapuram: Reflections Info Systems, a Technopark-based technology innovation services provider, has been recognized among the Top 10 India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2026 in the Mid-Size category by Great Place To Work (GPTW), a global authority on workplace culture.
The recognition for Reflections Info Systems comes for fostering gender equity and equality in the workplace and contributing to the vision of making India a Great Place To Work for all.
GPTW has certified Reflections Info Systems for the third consecutive year, from January 2026 to January 2027.
The company has also significantly improved its position, moving from the Top 50 in 2025 to the Top 10 in 2026 in the Mid-Size category.
In another recognition, Reflections Info Systems ranked 24th among India’s Top 50 Mid-Size Workplaces 2026 by GPTW, improving from its 39th position last year.

The company was further assessed on the workplace experience of women (binary), gender parity in experience, and representation across levels and within the respective industries.
The latest recognition adds to a series of workplace accolades for Reflections Info Systems.
The company was also listed among the Top 100 India’s Best Workplaces in IT & IT-BPM 2025 and among the Top 50 India’s Best Workplaces for Millennials 2025 in the Mid-Size category.
