Pantomath Group Opens Offices in Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Three Other Cities

Pantomath Group

Mumbai: Pantomath Group, a homegrown, bootstrapped and diversified financial services group, is expanding its presence beyond India’s traditional financial centres with new offices in Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Raipur and Tinsukia.

The expansion is part of the Pantomath Group’s broader strategy to take its financial-services platform closer to businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and financial intermediaries across emerging India.

The Group aims to strengthen the connection between non-metro markets and the mainstream financial ecosystem.

Pantomath Group operates an integrated platform spanning asset management, investment banking, institutional equities, private equity, stock broking and wealth management.

Through its growing on-ground network, the Group offers multiple financial solutions to businesses and investors.

The new offices are being established as regional financial hubs rather than conventional branch locations.

The objective of the Pantomath Group is to build deeper relationships with local businesses and investors, understand market-specific requirements and provide access to its wider financial-services ecosystem closer to where stakeholders operate.

The expansion comes against the backdrop of India’s evolving economic geography, with entrepreneurship, wealth creation, capital formation and financial participation increasingly spreading beyond the country’s largest metropolitan centres.

Pantomath Group believes this broadening of India’s economic base requires financial institutions to develop stronger local capabilities and greater proximity to stakeholders.

Mahavir Lunawat, Founder, Pantomath Group, said, “Pantomath was built from the ground up as a homegrown, bootstrapped financial services institution.

As India’s growth becomes increasingly broad-based, our expansion is about connecting rural and emerging Bharat to the mainstream and being closer to the last stakeholder on the ground.”

Lunawat added, “Whether it is an entrepreneur looking for capital, an investor looking for opportunities or a business seeking institutional financial expertise, proximity matters.

We want to bring the depth of our institutional presence to these markets, understand their requirements firsthand and contribute to their growth, and in doing so, play a meaningful role in nation building.”

Madhu Lunawat, Co-Founder, Pantomath Group, said, “The next phase of India’s financialization will be driven not only by the metros but also by the growing aspirations of businesses, investors and entrepreneurs based in Bharat beyond the metros and emerging markets.

Our expansion is aimed at taking institutional-quality financial services closer to these stakeholders.”

Lunawat added, “With capabilities spanning asset management, investment banking, institutional equities, wealth management and other financial services, we have the ability to serve stakeholders across different stages of their financial journey.

Our on-ground presence will help us combine that institutional capability with a much deeper understanding of local markets and their needs.”

As companies outside the traditional financial centres increasingly seek institutional capital, explore public-market opportunities and professionalise their financial strategies, local access to specialised financial expertise is becoming increasingly important.

Similarly, rising financial awareness and participation across smaller cities is creating a larger pool of investors seeking access to professionally managed investment and wealth-creation solutions.

The Pantomath Group’s physical expansion is intended to bring these stakeholders closer to its broader financial ecosystem.

The six-city Bharat Heartland expansion will enable the Pantomath Group to deepen engagement with corporates, entrepreneurs, family offices, investors, distributors, institutional clients and other capital-market participants.

It will also create stronger two-way linkages between local markets and the national financial ecosystem.

Founded in 2013, Pantomath Group has been built organically without external capital and has developed businesses across the financial-services value chain.

Its flagship businesses include Pantomath Capital Advisors, The Wealth Company and Asit C. Mehta Investment Interrmediates Limited (ACMIIL).

With its expanding network, Pantomath Group aims to take financial services closer to the ground, widen access to institutional capabilities and participate in the financial and economic development of markets beyond India’s traditional metros.

The larger ambition is to connect Bharat to the mainstream financial ecosystem, serve the last stakeholder on the ground better and contribute to nation building in the process.
