GCCBase by Sattva Group and Innovalus Simplifies Global Capability Centre Growth

GCCBase

GCCBase, a strategic venture by Sattva Group and Innovalus, has been launched to institutionalize the next phase of India’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) growth through governance, technology, and strategic partnerships.

The platform is designed to simplify and accelerate how multinational companies set up and scale their GCC operations across India.

GCCBase: A Unified Platform for Global Enterprises

Built on Sattva Group’s infrastructure leadership and Innovalus’s proven operational expertise, GCCBase offers an end-to-end, technology-driven ecosystem that enables global corporations to build and manage high-performance capability centres.

The initiative represents a pivotal step in India’s transformation from a cost-efficient outsourcing destination to a global hub for innovation, engineering, and digital transformation.

With over 1,600 GCCs currently operating in India and employing more than two million professionals, the segment generates an estimated USD 46 billion annually.

Projections suggest that India could host over 2,500 GCCs by 2030, creating an additional one million high-skill jobs and contributing more than USD 110 billion in economic value. Recognizing this momentum, GCCBase aims to eliminate the traditional complexity associated with setting up such centres by delivering a single, accountable platform for speed, transparency, and compliance.

Introducing India’s First “Space-to-Scale” Model

The launch of GCCBase also introduces India’s first “Space-to-Scale” platform – an integrated model combining Grade-A real estate, pod-based GCC delivery, and a data-driven governance layer, all unified under one contract, SLA, and dashboard.

This structure enables companies to establish and scale operations seamlessly while focusing on business outcomes from day one.

GCCBase adopts a modular, graduated approach that allows enterprises to evolve from small-scale operations to full-fledged centres without changing platforms or vendors.

Its Vertical-Specific Micro-GCC Pods (20–75 FTEs) can be activated within 90 days in specialized areas such as Generative AI, product acceleration, transformation, and cybersecurity.

Sattva Group and Innovalus: Driving Execution and Governance

Unlike traditional advisory or brokerage models, GCCBase assumes full delivery accountability – leveraging Sattva Group’s institutional strength and Innovalus’s decade-long operational experience. This partnership ensures seamless integration of real estate, talent, and governance under one unified solution.

Sattva Group, with a portfolio exceeding 78 million sq. ft. of premium developments and 71+ million sq. ft. under construction, has been a trusted partner for Fortune 500 companies and technology leaders.

The Group’s co-sponsorship of India’s largest office REIT, Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT), with Blackstone, underscores its leadership in institutional real estate.

Building the Ecosystem for Global Growth

GCCBase will focus initially on high-growth sectors including technology, BFSI, healthcare, and engineering – which together account for 70% of India’s GCC presence.

The platform supports enterprises through every stage – from entity incorporation to operational maturity – ensuring compliance, governance, and scalability.

Vishal Vijay, Chief Executive Officer of GCCBase, said, “The momentum is undeniable. Global enterprises are now coming to India not just to save costs but to innovate and lead. GCCBase simplifies this journey, helping companies establish research labs, product engineering hubs, and innovation centres with speed and reliability.”

Aligned with the Government of India’s push for ease of doing business, GCCBase integrates program management tools, compliance modules, and real-time dashboards for enhanced predictability and data-driven decision-making.

The platform also promotes expansion beyond metro cities by tapping into emerging talent clusters across the country.
