Mumbai: Vytalyou, a doctor-led longevity and preventive healthcare startup, has raised ₹9 crore in a pre-Series A funding round from Chetan Jain of Pharma Dose and Ratan Jain of Venus Industries at a valuation of approximately ₹33 crore.
Vytalyou will use the fresh capital to expand its network of Incremental Lifestyle Clinics in Mumbai, with two new centres planned by the end of the year.
Founded in 2025 by molecular oncologist Dr. Chirantan Bose and radiologist Dr. Preetesh Bhandari, Vytalyou is building a network of doctor-led longevity clinics focused on preventive healthcare and long-term health outcomes.
The company’s model combines predictive diagnostics with a broad range of new-generation personalised preventive therapies. According to Vytalyou, the approach is designed to help push back chronic lifestyle diseases and add healthy years to life.
The Mumbai expansion will take the company’s network to three centres, including its existing facility in Powai. The company also plans to expand to 10 locations across India in the coming years.
Vytalyou Focuses on Predictive Longevity and Preventive Healthcare
Vytalyou aims to reduce the number of sick years and enable people to live healthier lives. While routine health check-ups typically generate conventional reports, the company’s Predictive Longevity report is designed to identify degenerative health conditions well in advance.
Following the assessment, Vytalyou uses a medically curated preventive and regenerative therapeutic approach to guide personalised programmes for individuals.
At the core of Vytalyou’s offering is an AI-based algorithm that defines its Predictive Longevity Evaluation. The evaluation assesses an individual’s health profile, biological ageing and potential areas of future risk.
Doctors review the findings and use them to shape a medically supervised plan. Depending on individual needs, the plan may include lifestyle guidance, further assessment and therapeutic programmes focused on cellular and mitochondrial health, along with follow-ups to monitor progress.

Served Nearly 1,000 Clients
Since opening its first centre, Vytalyou has served close to 1,000 clients. According to the company, approximately 50% of its clients came through walk-ins, while another 50% came through word-of-mouth referrals.
The company sees an opportunity in the growing longevity-care segment. According to Vytalyou, market reviews indicate annual growth of more than 30%, with some estimates exceeding 50%.
With the ₹9 crore pre-Series A funding, the company is now set to expand its Mumbai presence with two additional centres by the end of the year. The company’s longer-term plan is to build a 10-location network across India.
