  • Jaipur Capital Acquires 20-Acre Global Ceramics Facility in Rajasthan’s Neemrana

    Jaipur Capital

New Delhi: Jaipur Capital, a strategic investment and holding platform, has acquired the manufacturing business and select assets of Global Ceramics Private Limited through an asset transfer transaction.

Manufacturing operations will be carried out through Melozzo Living Limited, a bathroom and home solutions company.

Under the transaction, Global Ceramics has transferred its industrial land, manufacturing facility, plant and machinery, and other agreed business assets to Jaipur Capital.

The transaction gives Jaipur Capital an operating platform in the sanitaryware and bathroom solutions manufacturing segment.

The manufacturing facility is located in Neemrana, Rajasthan, and spans approximately 20 acres, with a built-up area of 900,000 square feet.

The facility currently has a production capacity of approximately 62 metric tonnes, with the potential to double its capacity to 124 metric tonnes within 30-60 days as operations scale.

Global Ceramics has developed its manufacturing operations around sanitaryware, including products sold under the Glocera and Glocera Italiano brands.

The company has also manufactured sanitaryware for established Indian and international brands through original equipment manufacturer (OEM) arrangements.

Following the asset transfer, GCware, a brand of Global Ceramics, will continue to be manufactured at the Neemrana facility by Melozzo Living.

This will allow existing production arrangements to continue under the new operating structure.

Niraj Gupta, Managing Director, Global Ceramics Private Limited, said, “We are pleased to have concluded this transaction with Jaipur Capital.

The manufacturing facility and capabilities developed by Global Ceramics over the years have a strong foundation, and we believe Jaipur Capital and Melozzo Living are well positioned to take these capabilities into their next phase of growth.

We are also pleased that GCware products will continue to be manufactured at the facility under the new arrangement, providing continuity for the brand and its customers.”

For Jaipur Capital, the acquisition adds an established manufacturing facility, production capabilities, and existing vendor and brand relationships to its portfolio.

Through Melozzo Living, Jaipur Capital plans to build on the platform through capacity expansion and product development.

The transaction comes amid continued activity in residential, commercial and hospitality real estate, supporting demand for sanitaryware and bathroom products, alongside growth in urban infrastructure, new housing and commercial developments.

Vikas Johari, Director, Jaipur Capital, said, “This acquisition gives us an established manufacturing platform, experienced capabilities and strong vendor and brand relationships.

With urbanisation and continued growth across residential, commercial and hospitality real estate, India presents a growing market for bathroom & home solutions.

Through Melozzo Living Limited, we aim to build on the existing manufacturing base, expand capacity and leverage India’s manufacturing ecosystem while developing partnerships with international brands.”

Melozzo Living is also expected to use the facility to serve the domestic market while exploring opportunities to supply customers in South East Asia, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

The Neemrana facility provides Jaipur Capital and Melozzo Living with an established manufacturing base for sanitaryware and bathroom solutions, with planned capacity expansion and product development forming part of the operating platform.
