Pune: Madhu Dhandhania has been appointed as Director – Global Capability Centre (GCC) & Finance Operations Centre (FOC) for India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East (ISEAM) at SKF India (Industrial), the company announced on Thursday.
In her new role, Madhu Dhandhania will lead the development and expansion of SKF’s Global Capability Centre organisation while strengthening regional capabilities, driving finance operations, enhancing governance, accelerating transformation, and building a robust global delivery backbone to support the company’s long-term growth ambitions across the ISEAM region.
Speaking about her appointment, Madhu Dhandhania said, “I am honoured to join SKF at an important point in its growth and transformation journey across the region.

Through her leadership, Madhu Dhandhania will oversee initiatives aimed at strengthening finance operations while supporting the organisation’s transformation agenda.

Madhu brings significant leadership experience across global finance operations, shared services, and business transformation. She has built a strong track record of developing high-performing teams, simplifying complex operating environments, and delivering operational efficiency at scale.
SKF said her appointment will further support the company’s ambition to enhance governance and strengthen regional capabilities.
With more than two and a half decades of cross-sector leadership experience, Madhu Dhandhania has worked across finance, audit and consulting, banking, telecommunications, logistics, and e-commerce industries.
Before joining SKF India (Industrial), Madhu held leadership positions at Amazon, Maersk Global Service Centres, Tata Teleservices, Tata Communications, Avaya, ICICI Bank, and Bharti Airtel, gaining extensive experience in finance transformation and operational excellence across multiple sectors.
Madhu Dhandhania is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
Her educational background, combined with decades of industry experience, positions her to lead SKF’s GCC and Finance Operations Centre strategy across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
With this appointment, Madhu Dhandhania will play a key role in scaling SKF’s regional finance operations and strengthening the organisation’s global delivery capabilities as the company continues its growth and transformation journey.
