Pune: Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited (KPCL) has announced the appointment of Aman Kirloskar as its new Managing Director, following approval by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 23, 2026.
The appointment of Aman Kirloskar will be effective for a period of five years, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031, subject to shareholders’ approval.
The company also confirmed that K Srinivasan, the current Managing Director of KPCL, will continue to lead the organisation until his retirement on March 31, 2026, ensuring a smooth leadership transition.
Commenting on the appointment, K. Srinivasan said that Aman Kirloskar brings a deep understanding of the Kirloskar Group’s operations and culture, having worked closely across multiple functions within the organisation.
He highlighted that Aman’s experience will ensure continuity while introducing fresh perspectives, particularly with a strong focus on technology and future-ready solutions.

Aman Kirloskar to Lead KPCL’s Next Phase of Growth
Aman Kirloskar began his professional journey with the Kirloskar Group in May 2018 as a Supply Chain Manager at Kirloskar Chillers Private Limited.
He joined Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited in August 2019 as a Senior Manager and was promoted to General Manager (Operations) in 2020.
In this role, he played a key role in overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, foundry, plant engineering, and quality functions for the Air Compressor and Transmission Divisions.
During the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, Aman Kirloskar was actively involved in scaling up the production of screw compressors, which were critical for oxygen generation across the country.
In 2023, he assumed charge as Head of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration business unit, where he led the launch of new products and contributed to significant growth in sales and profitability.
Aman Kirloskar is a graduate of Bryant University, having completed his degree in 2017 with a major in Global Supply Chain Management and a minor in Political Science.
He was also the recipient of the University-Wide Jeremiah Clark Barber Commencement Award for academic and professional excellence.
