  • LTM Launches GCC Origin to Help Enterprises Build AI-Native GCCs

    GCC Origin

MUMBAI: LTM, the Business Creativity partner to the world’s largest enterprises, has announced the launch of GCC Origin, a dedicated business unit focused on helping enterprises establish, operate, scale and transform Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.

As the needs of GCCs evolve in the AI era, enterprises are seeking greater scale, speed and integration. GCC Origin represents the evolution of LTM’s GCC strategy to address these changing requirements.

Operating as a standalone business unit within LTM, GCC Origin will have dedicated leadership, sales and delivery teams, specialist expertise and significant investment.

LTM has appointed Shailendra Singh to lead the business unit. He will report to Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, LTM.

GCC Origin brings strategy, AI, technology, talent, infrastructure, operations and ecosystem partnerships together under an integrated model.

Its offering spans site selection, workplace and infrastructure, operational readiness and turnkey facilities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.

The business unit is powered by BlueVerse™, LTM’s agentic AI ecosystem, which is designed to help enterprises build new GCCs and transform existing ones to become AI-native by design.

“The role of the GCC has changed. Enterprises no longer set them up to cut costs, they want them to create value from day one and to own capabilities that shape the business. Increasingly, that means AI.

GCC Origin is built for that shift, helping enterprises create GCCs that are agentic by design. Its modular model lets clients build, operate and transform GCCs around their priorities, accelerating the path from setup to business value,” said Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, LTM.

GCC Origin Offers Modular GCC Services

GCC Origin offers a componentized service catalogue that allows enterprises to select capabilities based on the maturity and scale of their GCC. Enterprises can choose the full GCC lifecycle or individual services based on their ownership and operating model.

The models offered by GCC Origin include Assisted GCC, Build-Operate-Transform-Transfer, Virtual GCC, Joint Ventures, Staff Augmentation and Hire-Operate-Transfer.

The business unit’s services cover the GCC lifecycle, from strategy and design to talent development, AI adoption, operations and transfer.

    Design and Advisory

GCC Origin provides advisory support covering GCC strategy, location and engagement model.

It also designs the operating blueprint, governance framework and commercial and ownership model suited to each enterprise.

    Talent, Learning and Workforce Development

LTM’s AI-driven platforms, including Talent Pool Radar, TalentInsights and LTM Shoshin, support hiring, talent management and continuous upskilling.

Through these platforms, GCC teams can build industry knowledge, technology expertise and soft skills as they scale. GCC Origin brings these talent and workforce development capabilities into its integrated GCC model.

AI Agents, Studios, Automation and Innovation

GCC Origin uses LTM’s BlueVerse ecosystem to support AI adoption within GCCs. BlueVerse offers more than 300 pre-built, domain-specific AI agents, along with the ability to develop custom agents.

AI Centres of Excellence, innovation-as-a-service and the Automate suite, powered by Agent Next, are designed to help GCCs embed AI across operations, reduce friction, improve productivity and accelerate delivery.

Enterprises also gain access to LTM’s purpose-built AI studios located in the US, Europe and India.

    Operate and Transform

Under its operate and transform capabilities, GCC Origin manages IT and business operations, transition, governance, knowledge management, finance, tax, payroll and workplace services.

The model is designed to support enterprises as their GCCs scale and evolve, while bringing operational capabilities together under the broader GCC framework.

    Transfer

GCC Origin also provides structured transfer of talent, technology, knowledge, infrastructure, capabilities and operational ownership.

The transfer process is aligned with the enterprise’s preferred GCC model and maturity, allowing enterprises to determine the ownership and operating structure that best fits their requirements.

With its standalone structure, dedicated teams and integrated service model, GCC Origin brings together LTM’s capabilities across strategy, AI, technology, talent, infrastructure and operations to support enterprises across the GCC lifecycle.
