Mahindra September 2026 sales reached 114,874 vehicles, including exports, marking a 15% year-on-year (YoY) growth in September 2026. The company also reported domestic utility vehicle sales of 64,092 units, registering 14% growth during the month.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. announced that its overall auto sales for September 2026 stood at 114,874 vehicles, including exports. The September 2026 performance comes with growth across key segments, including utility vehicles and commercial vehicles.

In the utility vehicles segment, Mahindra recorded domestic sales of 64,092 vehicles in September 2026, representing a 14% increase compared with the same month last year. The company’s domestic commercial vehicle sales stood at 30,420 units, also registering 14% growth.

Commenting on the Mahindra September 2026 sales performance, Dr Velusamy R, President, Automotive Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said, “In September, SUV sales clocked 64092 units with a growth of 14%, and total vehicle sales stood at 114874, a 15% YoY growth. Adding to this momentum, we are proud to have crossed the milestone of 1 lakh billing of our Electric Origin SUVs since launch.”

Mahindra September 2026 Sales: Passenger Vehicles

Mahindra’s domestic passenger vehicle sales, comprising utility vehicles, stood at 64,092 units in September 2026, compared with 56,233 units in September 2025. This represents a 14% year-on-year increase.

For the April-September period, domestic utility vehicle sales reached 358,142 units, compared with 297,570 units during the corresponding period of the previous financial year, marking 20% growth.

Passenger vehicle sales also stood at 64,092 units for September, up 14% from 56,233 units a year earlier.

The Mahindra September 2026 sales figures also include sales made by Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited under the utility vehicle category.

Mahindra September 2026 Sales: Commercial Vehicles

Mahindra’s domestic commercial vehicle and three-wheeler sales also recorded growth during September 2026.

Sales of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) below 2 tonnes stood at 4,044 units in September, compared with 3,386 units in September 2025, representing 19% growth.

For the April-September period, sales in this category reached 21,895 units, up 30% from 16,882 units in the corresponding period.

LCVs in the 2-tonne to 3.5-tonne category recorded sales of 26,376 units in September 2026, compared with 23,342 units in September 2025, registering 13% growth.

Year-to-date sales in this category stood at 134,726 units, up 18% from 114,176 units.

Mahindra’s three-wheeler sales, including electric three-wheelers, stood at 16,343 units in September 2026, compared with 13,017 units in September 2025, marking a 26% increase.

For the April-September period, three-wheeler sales reached 82,058 units, compared with 53,578 units in the year-ago period, representing 53% growth.

Mahindra Exports in September 2026

Mahindra’s total exports stood at 4,019 units in September 2026, compared with 4,320 units in September 2025, registering a 7% decline.

However, exports for the April-September period reached 30,031 units, compared with 20,303 units during the corresponding period of the previous year, representing 48% growth.

The company’s total vehicle sales of 114,874 units for September 2026 include SUVs, LCVs below 3.5 tonnes, three-wheelers and export volumes.
