New Delhi: Comviva, a global leader in digital transformation and customer experience solutions, has announced the appointment of Manish Agrawal as its President and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Manish Agrawal: Helped Reposition Tech Mahindra’s Telecom Strategy
Manish Agrawal brings over 30 years of cross-industry experience in sectors including telecom, manufacturing, and BFSI. He has spent the last two decades in leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, where he successfully led business strategy, digital engineering, presales, M&A initiatives, and AI-driven product development.
In his most recent role as Global Practice Head – Telecom, he helped reposition Tech Mahindra’s telecom strategy and drove large-scale digital transformation engagements for global Tier-1 clients.
