BikeWo Green Tech Limited (BikeWo) is renewing its focus on its existing strategic partnership with Commerce Forever as part of the Company’s broader strategy to develop an integrated Energy & Mobility Infrastructure (EMI) platform.
BikeWo and Commerce Forever entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in June 2025.
The agreement envisaged the deployment of approximately 1,500–2,500 electric two-wheelers for last-mile delivery operations across Delhi NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and adjoining regions.
The Commerce Forever partnership was originally conceived around electric vehicle deployment and last-mile logistics.
As BikeWo continues to build broader capabilities across EV fleet operations, vehicle leasing, logistics and supporting infrastructure, the Company sees the Commerce Forever opportunity as closely aligned with its evolving Energy & Mobility Infrastructure strategy.
The potential scale of the Commerce Forever partnership is particularly relevant to BikeWo’s operating model.
A fleet of up to 2,500 vehicles can provide opportunities to build economies of scale across vehicle procurement, financing, insurance, charging, maintenance and fleet management, while improving asset utilisation and overall operating efficiency.
Under the existing framework, the Commerce Forever partnership covers EV deployment, rider onboarding, technology-enabled fleet management, route management and operational support for Commerce Forever’s B2B e-commerce supply chain ecosystem.
BikeWo is also evaluating strategic opportunities that could strengthen its regional execution capabilities. This includes the Company’s ongoing evaluation of Delhi-based PositiEV Mobility, which could complement the operating requirements associated with large fleet deployments in North India.
The Company intends to pursue the Commerce Forever opportunity in a phased manner, with future deployments aligned to underlying demand, unit economics, commercial viability and capital allocation priorities.

The partnership remains subject to the Company’s phased approach, with future deployments to be aligned with demand, unit economics, commercial viability and capital allocation priorities.
