Garware Fulflex Acquires 300,000-Sq-Ft Automated Medical Manufacturing Facility in Texas

Pune: Garware Fulflex has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of a 300,000-square-foot, fully automated medical products manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, Texas.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Garware Fulflex’s global healthcare growth strategy while substantially expanding its manufacturing footprint across North America.

Located on a 30-acre campus, the Jacksonville facility employs more than 250 people and manufactures a wide range of critical medical products used by healthcare providers and patients across North America and other global markets.

The facility is equipped with advanced manufacturing technologies, including injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, extrusion, assembly, and quality systems.

These capabilities further strengthen Garware Fulflex’s ability to support leading global healthcare companies with world-class medical manufacturing solutions.

The acquisition is expected to double Garware Fulflex’s global revenue from approximately US$100 million to US$200 million.

It also significantly expands the company’s manufacturing scale and strengthens its position as a global healthcare manufacturing company.
