In his new role, Leandro DalleMule will lead the company’s FSI practice globally, driving strategy, client success, industry innovation, and AI-led transformation for financial institutions and insurers.
As Chief Practice Officer, Leandro DalleMule will also play a significant role in expanding Fractal’s capabilities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and helping clients unlock tangible business value through artificial intelligence.
Fractal’s FSI practice is focused on driving AI-powered transformation across key areas including customer experience, risk and fraud management, credit and underwriting, claims, pricing, and regulatory compliance.
The company delivers business impact at scale through advanced AI solutions tailored for the financial services and insurance sectors.
The company hosts several purpose-built FSI solutions on its agentic AI platform, Cogentiq. These include Cogentiq Underwriting, which enables faster approvals, reduces risk exposure, and enhances underwriter productivity through AI-driven and explainable risk assessment.

Leandro DalleMule brings more than three decades of experience in AI, data, and analytics, having helped organizations drive business outcomes through technology-led transformation.
Prior to joining Fractal, Leandro DalleMule served as a Managing Director in Deloitte’s FSI AI & Data practice.
Before his tenure at Deloitte, he held senior executive positions for more than 20 years at AIG, Citibank, BlackRock, and Planck. At Planck, he built and led a leading AI platform for the insurance industry, which was acquired by Applied Systems in 2024.

Leandro DalleMule holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also earned a professional certificate in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of São Paulo, Brazil.
