Mumbai: Henkel has appointed Pradhyumna Ingle as the new Country President for India, reinforcing the company’s commitment to one of its fastest-growing and strategically significant markets.

Based in Navi Mumbai, Pradhyumna Ingle will lead the company’s growth strategy in India, strengthen its market presence, and accelerate innovation across its business operations in the country.

In his new role, Pradhyumna Ingle will continue to hold his global leadership responsibilities as Global Head – Infrastructure Protection & Repair and IMEA Head – Manufacturing & Maintenance within Henkel Adhesive Technologies.

The appointment of Pradhyumna Ingle comes at a time when India is emerging as one of the world’s most compelling growth markets.

Driven by large-scale infrastructure investments, rapid industrialisation, and the expansion of an upwardly mobile consumer base, the country continues to present significant opportunities for innovation and business growth.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning India, Asia Pacific, North America, and the Middle East & Africa, Pradhyumna Ingle has established a strong track record in accelerating growth, building high-performance organisations, driving acquisitions and integration, and fostering digital business models.

Pradhyumna Ingle succeeds S. Sunil Kumar, who successfully led Henkel India during the past five years. Sunil will relocate to Dubai to assume an expanded role overseeing strategic projects across the IMEA region, while continuing his responsibilities as Director Packaging – IMEA.

Pradhyumna Ingle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Government Engineering College, Ujjain, and an MBA from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore.
