New Delhi: Antier Solutions has entered into a strategic five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), an autonomous scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, to collaborate on technology education, digital learning infrastructure, and the co-development of emerging digital solutions.
The agreement was executed on June 10, 2026, at the NIELIT Corporate Office in New Delhi and was signed by Dr. Alok Tripathi, Director (Scheme/Skilling) and Chief Controller of Examinations at NIELIT, and Vikram R. Singh, Founder and CEO of Antier Solutions. The partnership will remain in effect for five years.
Partnership Aims to Advance Technology Education
The collaboration marks a significant development for India’s technology education ecosystem by bringing together NIELIT’s extensive institutional network and Antier Solutions’ expertise in blockchain, artificial intelligence, decentralized finance (DeFi), Web3, and emerging digital infrastructure.
NIELIT contributes its nationwide IT training and examination ecosystem, curriculum capabilities, and the NIELIT Digital University (NDU) platform, while Antier Solutions brings over 15 years of engineering experience and the delivery of more than 1,000 global projects across blockchain and AI technologies.
Areas of Collaboration
Under the framework of the MoU, both organizations will explore multiple areas of cooperation based on mutual discussions and feasibility assessments. These include:
- Collaboration on the NIELIT Digital University (NDU) platform and digital learning infrastructure.
- Joint development of curriculum and training programs focused on blockchain, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies.
- Exploration of use cases and prototype solutions addressing citizen services and governance challenges.
- Sharing infrastructure and domain expertise wherever feasible.
- Exploring secure examination mechanisms, with detailed implementation to be defined through future proposals.
The agreement provides a flexible framework that allows both parties to expand cooperation as opportunities emerge during the course of the partnership.
