East Brunswick, N.J. | Bengaluru: Wipro Limited announced the expansion of its partnership with ServiceNow AI to implement and scale agentic AI workflows across key enterprise functions, including IT, HR, procurement, and cybersecurity.
The collaboration will combine Wipro Intelligence with the ServiceNow AI Platform to help organizations streamline enterprise operations and accelerate AI adoption at scale.
The expanded partnership between Wipro and ServiceNow AI is aimed at enabling enterprises to automate and orchestrate workflows across business-critical systems while improving operational governance, visibility, and accountability.
The companies stated that the integration will reduce manual coordination, accelerate turnaround times, and strengthen workflow execution across enterprise environments.

Under the collaboration, Wipro will integrate Wipro Intelligence, its unified suite of AI-powered platforms, solutions, and transformative offerings, with the ServiceNow AI Platform.
This integration is expected to help enterprises streamline the initiation, orchestration, and execution of work across enterprise systems through connected AI-powered workflows.
The companies highlighted that ServiceNow AI capabilities will be embedded into several Wipro Intelligence solutions, including SmartProcure, Telco Autonomous Networks, and Cyber Transform.
SmartProcure is designed to streamline procurement workflows and improve operational cycle times through standardized intake, approvals, and execution processes.
Telco Autonomous Networks modernizes service operations by combining AI-enabled workflows with telecom-specific context to improve issue resolution and operational efficiency.
Cyber Transform focuses on strengthening security operations by improving vulnerability management, incident response workflows, and governance across the cybersecurity value chain.
