vCision

Mumbai: Healthcare technology services provider CitiusTech has partnered with Ventra Health to engineer and launch vCision, a next-generation revenue intelligence platform powered by Agentic AI and automation.

The collaboration aims to accelerate the development and deployment of vCision through scalable engineering, data, and artificial intelligence capabilities.

The platform leverages advanced Agentic AI technology and adaptive AI models to identify, prioritize, and act on revenue cycle improvement opportunities.

Designed to enhance financial predictability and operational efficiency, vCision has demonstrated measurable impact, including a 19 percent improvement in first-pass payment rates, a 26 percent reduction in initial denial rates, and faster recovery of millions of dollars in delayed reimbursements.

As part of its broader AI platform initiative, Ventra Health has also launched a new Global Capability Center focused on engineering, data, and platform delivery.

The center will support the integration of Agentic AI solutions across Ventra’s business portfolio, strengthening the deployment of vCision and related revenue intelligence offerings.
