Pune-based health-tech company Clinics On Cloud has raised ₹120 crore in Series A funding at a valuation of ₹600 crore, backed by Dubai-based healthcare investment platform Model42.
The investment will support the company’s global expansion and its vision to build infrastructure for the global microclinic economy.
Model42 was co-founded by Timur Kudratov of Enlightened Minds Investments, Dr. Aida Sheikhaliyeva, and Dr. Raees Tonse, Founder & CEO of NAZR Ventures.
The Dubai-based healthcare investment platform brings together strategic investment, healthcare expertise and international market access to support innovative healthcare businesses.
Founded in 2018 by Abhay Agarwal and co-founder Manashrri Agarwal, Clinics On Cloud has grown from a bootstrapped Indian startup into an emerging global healthcare technology innovator.
Over eight years of self-funded growth, the company has achieved more than 3,500 installations and conducted over 12 million health screenings, with a presence across more than eight countries.
The growth of Clinics On Cloud reflects the company’s focus on expanding access to preventive screening and primary healthcare services beyond traditional hospitals and diagnostic centres.
The company initially started with Health ATMs and has since expanded into a broader healthcare infrastructure provider. Clinics On Cloud has developed AI-enabled Health Lounges, Box Clinics and Mobile Medical Units as part of its healthcare delivery ecosystem.
Its integrated platform combines medical diagnostics, AI-powered health insights, digital health technology and telemedicine.
The infrastructure enables governments, hospitals, defence establishments and marquee corporate organisations to establish connected and affordable healthcare facilities.
With its expanding portfolio, Clinics On Cloud is pursuing a larger vision of building the infrastructure layer for the global microclinic economy.
The company aims to make healthcare more accessible, scalable and economically viable across diverse geographies.
The ₹120 crore Series A investment will accelerate the company’s international expansion, led by the UAE.
Clinics On Cloud will focus on expanding into Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia while also investing in AI-driven diagnostics, research and development, international regulatory compliance and manufacturing scale-up.
The funding will also support the development of a global microclinic network as the company looks to expand its healthcare infrastructure beyond India. Clinics On Cloud plans to leverage its existing healthcare technology ecosystem as it enters additional international markets.
The company’s journey from a bootstrapped startup to an emerging global healthcare technology provider has been built around its network of Health ATMs, AI-enabled Health Lounges, Box Clinics and Mobile Medical Units.
Its presence across more than eight countries and more than 12 million health screenings forms the foundation for its next phase of international growth.
Commenting on the funding, Abhay Agarwal, Founder & CEO, Clinics On Cloud, said: “Quality healthcare should never depend on someone’s PIN code. We started eight years ago with a vision to make preventive healthcare as accessible as an ATM.
Today, this investment marks a defining milestone in our journey and an opportunity to take Indian healthcare innovation to the world. Our ambition is to build the infrastructure layer for the global microclinic economy.”
With the latest funding, Clinics On Cloud will focus on scaling its technology, healthcare infrastructure and international operations.
The company aims to expand its presence across key global markets while continuing to develop solutions for preventive screening and primary healthcare delivery.
The Series A round also marks a significant step in Clinics On Cloud’s plans to develop a global microclinic network and position its Made-in-India healthcare technology offering for international markets.
