Pune: In a landmark achievement for India’s residential real estate sector, the Krisala-Hiranandani Township in North Hinjawadi has set a new national record with the allotment of more than 1,100 homes within a single day during its Phase 1 launch.

The overwhelming response, marked by a nearly three-fold oversubscription, resulted in revenue generation of ₹1,000 crore, positioning the development as one of the country’s most successful township launches to date.

The Krisala-Hiranandani Township Phase 1 witnessed extraordinary interest, with over 3,000 families attending the massive allotment event.
