Globeview Advisors Joins LegaLogic as Law Firm Expands into Tax Advisory

Globeview Advisors Joins LegaLogic

Pune-based full-service law firm LegaLogic has announced a strategic collaboration with Globeview Advisors, a tax advisory firm, as it expands its service offering into tax advisory.

As part of the collaboration, the Globeview Advisors team of 12 professionals, led by Ameya Kunte, will become part of LegaLogic. Senior tax advisors Vasudevan G and Chirag Chordia will also join the firm as part of the expansion.

Globeview Advisors has been a valued partner of LegaLogic since the law firm began operations in 2019.

The collaboration will enable LegaLogic to expand its tax advisory capabilities alongside its existing legal services.

Ameya Kunte brings more than two decades of experience in tax advisory.

His career includes experience with leading global accounting firms, entrepreneurship, and founding his own tax advisory firm, Globeview Advisors.

His expertise will strengthen LegaLogic’s tax capabilities as the firm works toward its goal of becoming one of the top ten law firms in India.

The new Tax Advisory practice will focus on a range of areas, including business restructuring, M&A tax, transfer pricing, promoter and family office advisory, and cross-border transactions.

Through the integration of Globeview Advisors professionals and senior tax advisors, LegaLogic will offer tax advisory services across these areas as part of its expanded service portfolio.

In times to come, tax litigation will also be added to the bouquet of tax advisory services.

The collaboration with Globeview Advisors marks an expansion of LegaLogic’s professional services as the Pune-headquartered law firm builds its tax advisory practice and broadens the range of services available to clients.
