Bengaluru: Clean-label beverage startup Swizzle has secured ₹2 crore in Seed funding after receiving strong investor backing on the entrepreneurship show Ideabaaz.
The investment round was led by Sooraj Singh, CEO & Founder of Unibots, and Shaili Chopra, Founder of SheThePeople and Gytree, following Swizzle’s pitch and product tasting on the platform.
The fresh capital will enable Swizzle to accelerate expansion across high-velocity distribution channels, strengthen its retail and HoReCa footprint, and scale its operations for the next phase of growth.
Swizzle to Accelerate Expansion Across Retail, HoReCa, and Quick Commerce
The startup is set to deepen its presence across vending machines, quick commerce platforms, and mass retail formats.
As part of its geographic expansion, Swizzle is entering Hyderabad this quarter while scaling HoReCa operations across Tier 1 cities, focusing on national chains and premium restaurant groups.

To meet rising demand, the company plans to upgrade its manufacturing capacity from 250 litres per day to 2,000 litres per day, enabling the production of up to 40,000 cans daily. The team will also expand across Sales, Operations, and Marketing functions.
Swizzle Strengthens Clean-Label Innovation and Product Portfolio
Swizzle’s product portfolio continues to differentiate itself through clean-label innovation. All beverages are made using real fruits and herbs and are free from artificial flavours, colours, and chemicals.
Upcoming launches include ₹30 PET bottles aimed at improving affordability and Diet Desi Lemonade, a sub-20-calorie beverage with no artificial sweeteners or stevia, marking a first in its category.
Looking ahead, Swizzle’s growth roadmap for the next 12–18 months includes an aggressive retail push, targeting 5,000 retail placements across Bengaluru and Hyderabad and expanding to over 20,000 outlets nationwide.
The startup also plans to scale to 7,500 vending machines, onboard more than 2,000 HoReCa outlets, and launch across all major quick-commerce platforms with presence in over 1,500 dark stores.
Key HoReCa partnerships already include Zomoz and Chalu Chinese, with upcoming collaborations planned with brands such as Wow Momo, CCD Express, and Barista.

Commenting on the fundraise, Swizzle Co-Founders Vrinda Singhal and Deepender Singh said that the investment represents strong validation of the brand’s clean-label vision and will support rapid scaling across multiple consumption channels.
Investor Sooraj Singh stated that Swizzle aligns well with evolving consumer preferences for taste-forward, healthier non-alcoholic beverages, while Shaili Chopra highlighted the founders’ clarity, product quality, and strong brand positioning as key factors behind her investment decision.
With fresh capital and backing from prominent Ideabaaz investors, Swizzle is positioned to strengthen its presence in India’s fast-growing clean-label and ready-to-drink beverage segment.
