MIT-WPU Technology Business Incubator

Pune: The MIT-WPU Technology Business Incubator (MIT-TBI) is rapidly emerging as a catalyst for entrepreneurial transformation in Pune, empowering young innovators to build startups that address real-world social and economic challenges.

Located at the MIT World Peace University campus in Kothrud, MIT-TBI is a nationally recognized incubation center supported by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India.

Speaking at a recent press conference, Prof Prakash Joshi, Director of MIT-TBI, emphasized the incubator’s mission: “Startups have the power to change lives. Our goal is to shift youth mindsets from job-seeking to job-creating, especially by solving problems that impact the common man.”

Echoing the sentiment, Ninad Patil, CEO of MIT-TBI, highlighted that the incubator is deeply focused on supporting student-led innovations and socially impactful ventures.
