Mrinal Srivastava to Lead AI-First Strategy at XED
At XED, Srivastava will spearhead the company’s AI-First strategy, focusing on developing Agentic AI solutions designed to enhance learner engagement, deliver hyper-personalized experiences, and improve operational efficiency.
His reappointment reflects XED’s renewed commitment to building scalable, sustainable, and technology-driven solutions tailored for executive education in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Career Achievements of Mrinal Srivastava
Before rejoining XED, Mrinal Srivastava held senior leadership roles at Infosys and Virtusa Corp., where he directed multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs, cloud migrations, and enterprise innovations for global Fortune 25 companies, including UnitedHealth Group and JPMorgan Chase. He also brings entrepreneurial expertise from ventures in social media and product-based technology startups.

An alumnus of IIT Kanpur (B.Tech), the Indian School of Business (MBA), and Cornell University’s Senior Executive Leadership Program, Srivastava also holds advanced certifications in AI strategies and cloud technologies.
