Hyderabad: Magellanic Cloud has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2026, reporting strong growth across its e-surveillance, digital transformation, and enterprise technology businesses.

The company said its total FY26 income crossed ₹706 crore, while revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹205.5 crore, reflecting strong operational momentum and business expansion.

The strong performance in Magellanic Cloud Q4 FY26 was driven by growing enterprise engagements, increasing adoption of AI-powered surveillance solutions, and continued execution across its technology verticals.

According to the company, revenue from operations in Magellanic Cloud Q4 FY26 rose 25.5% year-on-year to ₹205.5 crore, compared to ₹156.3 crore in Q4 FY25.

Total income for the quarter stood at ₹211.6 crore, while EBITDA improved to ₹58.1 crore. EBITDA margin was reported at 28.3%.

Profit After Tax (PAT) for Magellanic Cloud Q4 FY26 stood at ₹30.4 crore, reflecting continued operational discipline, execution efficiency, and stable business performance across segments.

The company stated that during the quarter it strengthened its presence in critical infrastructure e-surveillance, BFSI security systems, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives, while also expanding its international footprint and deepening long-term customer relationships.

Commenting on Magellanic Cloud Q4 FY26 performance, Joseph Sudheer Reddy said: “Q4 FY26 marked a strong finish to the financial year and reflected the resilience and scalability of our operating model. We witnessed a sustained increase in our e-surveillance business, expanded our presence within Indian Railways and BFSI infrastructure, and continued boosting our enterprise technology partnerships globally.

Our E-surveillance order book in the Public Sector alone closed the year at over ₹200 crore, while the group’s revenue crossed ₹698 crore at the close of FY26, reflecting broad-based diversification across e-surveillance, digital transformation, and enterprise technology businesses.”

He further added: “The company’s focus throughout the year has remained centered on disciplined execution, customer trust, and long-term capability building. The scale of repeat mandates, strategic renewals, and expansion into new markets demonstrates confidence in our solutions and execution framework.

As we move into FY27, we remain committed to accelerating innovation-led growth while maintaining strong governance and operational excellence.”

Magellanic Cloud Q4 FY26 Financial Highlights

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026:

  • Revenue from operations stood at ₹205.5 crore in Magellanic Cloud Q4 FY26, compared to ₹163.9 crore in Q3 FY26.
  • Total income increased to ₹211.6 crore from ₹165 crore in the previous quarter.
  • EBITDA rose to ₹58.1 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹53.7 crore in Q3 FY26.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹30.4 crore, recording year-on-year growth of 11.4%.

For the full financial year FY26:

  • Revenue from operations reached ₹697.9 crore.
  • Total income stood at ₹706.8 crore.
  • EBITDA came in at ₹224.3 crore.
  • PAT for FY26 stood at ₹114.4 crore.
  • Railway and BFSI Surveillance Orders Drive Growth

During Magellanic Cloud Q4 FY26, subsidiary Provigil Surveillance Limited secured several strategic orders across railway and banking infrastructure projects.

The company received a ₹4.10 crore order from South Central Railway for advanced locomotive surveillance systems aimed at improving operational monitoring and safety assurance.

Provigil also secured multiple mandates from Central Railway’s Nagpur Division, including:

  • A ₹3.61 crore order for Full HD IP CCTV surveillance systems integrated with Network Video Recorders and related communication infrastructure.
  • A ₹5.36 crore order for RDSO-compliant Full HD IP CCTV surveillance systems integrated with AI-enabled video analytics.
  • A ₹6.16 crore order for deployment of Video Surveillance Systems across 66 manned non-interlocked level crossing gates spanning Nagpur, Raipur, and Bilaspur divisions.

Additionally, the company received a Letter of Intent from RailTel Corporation of India Limited for CCTV surveillance infrastructure valued at ₹1.55 crore.

Provigil also secured a ₹2 crore mandate from Central Railway’s Bhusawal Division.

In the BFSI segment, the company won a surveillance infrastructure order worth over ₹25 crore from Punjab & Sind Bank. It also secured a ₹10 crore surveillance infrastructure deployment order from Indian Bank.

The company said these wins reinforced its growing leadership in intelligent surveillance systems, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise-grade monitoring solutions across transportation and financial services sectors.

Enterprise Technology and IT Services Expansion

Magellanic Cloud’s IT and ITES subsidiaries, including Motivity Labs and JNIT Technologies, also reported significant developments during the quarter.

Motivity Labs secured an enterprise engagement renewal valued at $4.7 million with a global enterprise partner, highlighting continued customer confidence and long-term relationship continuity.

The company also organized an AI-Driven Project Management Conference focused on AI-led delivery transformation and next-generation project governance frameworks.

In collaboration with Redington Limited and Amazon Web Services, Motivity Labs hosted “Lead with Cloud,” an industry session centered on cloud migration, modernization, GenAI integration, and managed services.

Industry Participation and Expansion

During Magellanic Cloud Q4 FY26, company teams participated in Startup Mahakumbh 5.0 in Delhi and Convergence Expo 2026, showcasing developments across AI, surveillance, communications, digital infrastructure, and enterprise technology solutions.
