Pune: Krisala Developers has announced its entry into the Nagpur real estate market through a partnership with Hiranandani Communities for a proposed Nagpur luxury golf course township.
The development, to be undertaken under Eleva by Hiranandani Communities, has an estimated revenue potential of around ₹2,100 crore.
According to the developers, the golf course at the Nagpur luxury golf course township is envisioned to be among the largest in Nagpur.
The Nagpur luxury golf course township will have a neo-classical design theme, the developers said.
Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chief Managing Director of Hiranandani Communities, said, “India’s sustained investment in multi-modal corridors and last-mile connectivity is redrawing the country’s growth map. Real estate is what turns that connectivity into economic activity.”
Hiranandani Communities is partnering with Krisala Developers on the Nagpur luxury golf course township.
He added, “Nagpur, powered by the Samruddhi Expressway, the Metro and MIHAN, is seeing rising demand across residential, commercial, logistics and retail real estate. The sector contributes about 7% of India’s GDP and is set to become a $1 trillion market by 2030.”
“As one of the country’s largest employers, with links to construction, manufacturing and services, it is a key engine of Viksit Bharat.”
Speaking about the Nagpur luxury golf course township, he said, “We will develop the Nagpur project in association with Krisala Developers under Eleva by Hiranandani Communities, our development management platform. It will add jobs, investment and social infrastructure to the regional economy.”
“Alongside this, we will continue to expand through integrated townships, redevelopment, joint development, and joint ventures.”
“One size does not fit all in real estate. A diversified model helps us read each market right and grow steadily through this upcycle.”
The Nagpur luxury golf course township is expected to include 51 ultra-luxury plots, in addition to townhouses and villas.
The developers said the plots are attracting interest from high-net-worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Commenting on the Nagpur luxury golf course township, Aakash Agarwal, Managing Director, Krisala Developers, said, “Our growth strategy is centred on building a differentiated real estate portfolio that can scale across markets while remaining anchored in quality, design and customer aspirations.”
“The premium and luxury segments offer an opportunity to move beyond conventional housing propositions and create developments that deliver a more distinctive lifestyle experience.”
On the Nagpur luxury golf course township, he added, “For Krisala, entering Nagpur is also a strategic step towards diversifying our geographic presence and building a stronger foothold in markets with long-term growth potential.”
“We believe that combining our understanding of evolving homebuyer preferences with the development expertise of Hiranandani Communities will help us create enduring brand value and establish a platform for sustained growth in the years ahead.”
The Nagpur luxury golf course township adds to Krisala Developers’ residential and commercial real estate portfolio.
The Pune-based developer said its existing developments include the 105-acre Land of Dreams township, another township spanning more than 100 acres, and a 1 million sq. ft. Grade A+ commercial development.
Eleva by Hiranandani Communities was launched in 2023 as the group’s development management vertical. It works with landowners and developers that have clear land titles and approvals, offering planning, design, construction, marketing and sales support under a service-fee model.
The Nagpur luxury golf course township adds Nagpur to a portfolio that includes Mumbai and Goa.
Krisala Developers has more than 14 years of experience in residential, commercial, plotted and integrated developments.
The company said it has delivered over 20 projects to more than 9,000 families, developed over 2.5 million sq. ft. and has 10.5 million sq. ft. under development.
