Kissan Agri Mall has entered into a strategic partnership with Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS), formerly known as Bartronics India Limited, to accelerate the deployment of a technology-driven agri-retail and supply chain ecosystem under Project AVIO Agritech.
The collaboration between Kissan Agri Mall and ASMS brings together ASMS’s extensive rural distribution network, digital infrastructure, and financial inclusion capabilities with Kissan Agri Mall’s strong on-ground presence in agri-input retail and farmer engagement.
Through this partnership, Kissan Agri Mall and ASMS aim to develop a scalable “phygital” platform that integrates agri-input distribution, advisory services, output market linkages, and post-harvest infrastructure.
ASMS has already established a significant presence across more than 5,000 villages in India through its financial inclusion network.
With Project AVIO Agritech, the company is expanding its focus into agriculture, sustainability, and rural commerce by collaborating with ecosystem partners such as Kissan Agri Mall.
Operating as an integrated agri-platform, Kissan Agri Mall delivers agricultural inputs, advisory services, and market linkages through a hybrid physical and digital (“phygital”) model.
This ensures last-mile connectivity and enhances farmer empowerment across regions where Kissan Agri Mall operates.
Under this collaboration, Kissan Agri Mall and ASMS will explore multiple opportunities across the agricultural value chain.
These include technology-enabled farmer onboarding and engagement, expansion of agri-input retail and advisory services, development of structured output linkages and export facilitation, strengthening supply chain and warehousing infrastructure, and integration of financial inclusion and embedded agri-financing solutions.
Additionally, the partnership will focus on private label development, franchise-led expansion into new geographies, and advancement of climate-smart agriculture and sustainability initiatives.
Kissan Agri Mall Aims to Strengthen Agri Ecosystem
The collaboration between Kissan Agri Mall and ASMS is expected to enhance last-mile agri-retail penetration, improve supply chain efficiencies, and enable structured market access for farmers across multiple regions.
The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration and does not create binding obligations between the parties. Specific initiatives will be executed through subsequent definitive agreements.
