Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala GCC Outlook 2026 will bring together government leaders, industry experts, Global Capability Centre (GCC) executives and ecosystem stakeholders on July 21, with the state set to unveil a comprehensive GCC Feasibility Report aimed at attracting Global Capability Centres and positioning Kerala as a preferred GCC hub by leveraging global opportunities.

Industries, Commerce, IT & AI Minister P. K. Kunhalikutty will launch the GCC Feasibility Report during the Kerala GCC Outlook 2026 conclave at Park Centre, Technopark Phase-1, Thiruvananthapuram.

The conclave has been positioned as a strategic platform to deliberate on Kerala’s expanding GCC ecosystem and the emerging opportunities that can help the state strengthen its position as a major GCC hub in India.

V. Muraleedharan, MLA, will preside over the event. Thiruvananthapuram Corporation Mayor V. V. Rajesh will deliver the special address.

Seeram Samabasiva Rao IAS, Special Secretary, Department of Electronics & IT, Government of Kerala, will welcome the gathering, while Shri Sandip Kumar IAS, CEO, Technopark, will deliver the vote of thanks.

As part of Kerala GCC Outlook 2026, an MoU will be exchanged between Infoparks Kerala and Bengaluru-headquartered ANSR, a global company specialising in the establishment of Global Capability Centres. Shri Srinivasan Sarvabhouman, CFO, ANSR, will present the Kerala Feasibility Report 2026.

Other dignitaries attending the event include Sunil S. S., Councillor; Shri Susanth Kurunthil, CEO, Infoparks Kerala; and Rony Sebastian, Secretary, GTECH.

The GCC Feasibility Report outlines Kerala’s readiness and presents a strategic roadmap for attracting and scaling Global Capability Centres across the state. The report is expected to highlight Kerala’s strengths and its approach towards building a competitive GCC ecosystem.

The Kerala GCC Outlook 2026 conclave will also bring together senior government officials, industry leaders, GCC executives, consultants and ecosystem stakeholders to discuss Kerala’s competitive advantages, emerging opportunities and the roadmap for strengthening the state’s position as a preferred destination for Global Capability Centres.

Ahead of the main programme, a leadership panel discussion titled “Kerala GCC Opportunity: From Strategic Assessment to Accelerated Growth” will be held at 2:30 PM.

The session will be moderated by Srinivasan Sarvabhouman and will feature Hrishikesh Nair, Chief Operating Officer, Brigade Enterprises Ltd.; Suja Chandy, Chief Sustainability Officer (Global) and Managing Director, India, Zafin; Jipu Jose James, Managing Director, PDS India, JLL; and Karthik Parasuram, General Manager & Centre Head, NOV’s Digital Technology Center.

The panel discussion will focus on Kerala’s GCC growth potential and explore opportunities for accelerating the state’s emergence as a leading destination for Global Capability Centres.
