Panaji: FLY91 has announced the launch of FLY91 Kochi Agatti Flights, introducing daily non-stop services between Kochi and Agatti in the Lakshadweep islands, with bookings now open in both directions.
The FLY91 Kochi Agatti flights launch coincides with the regional airline’s plans to expand its network by adding seven new stations over the next 90 days as part of a phased growth strategy.
The new stations slated for launch include Kochi, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Hubballi, Dabolim, Nanded, and Indore. This expansion marks a significant milestone in FLY91’s efforts to strengthen regional air connectivity across India, particularly across tier-two and tier-three markets.
Once fully operational, the expanded network will take FLY91’s footprint to 15 stations. The growth will be supported by a fleet of six ATR 72-600 aircraft, with three additional aircraft scheduled for induction within the next 45 days.
The phased fleet expansion is designed to enable higher frequencies and new city pairs while maintaining operational reliability.

FLY91 Kochi Agatti Flights to Anchor Network Expansion Plans
With the introduction of Kochi services, FLY91 Kochi Agatti Flights further strengthen the airline’s presence in southern India and enhance access to the Lakshadweep islands.
FLY91 currently operates flights between Agatti and Manohar International Airport (MIA), Goa. The Kochi–Agatti route offers island residents and visitors improved flexibility and more seamless connectivity to the Indian mainland through a key southern gateway, complementing existing services via Goa.
Agatti Island, part of the Lakshadweep archipelago, is gaining prominence as a tourism destination known for its coral reefs, lagoons, and pristine beaches.
Improved air connectivity is expected to support sustainable tourism while easing travel for island residents who depend on limited transport options for education, healthcare, and commerce. The daily Kochi connection is also expected to enhance onward travel options and overall accessibility.
“The launch of daily FLY91 Kochi Agatti flights adds momentum to regional aviation in India,” said Manoj Chacko, Managing Director and CEO of FLY91. “We are pleased to welcome Kochi into our growing network and to reaffirm our commitment to the residents of Agatti.
Aspirational tier-two and tier-three destinations will drive India’s next phase of growth, and improved regional connectivity is key to unlocking that potential.”

The network expansion will begin in early February with the commencement of daily Kochi–Agatti services. This will be followed by thrice-daily flights on the Rajahmundry–Hyderabad and Vijayawada–Hyderabad sectors, along with daily services on the Hubballi–Hyderabad and Hubballi–Bengaluru routes.
Subsequent phases will include flights from Nanded to South Goa and Bengaluru, while Indore will be connected to Jalgaon and Hyderabad in the second phase of expansion.
Final flight schedules will be updated in the reservation system in due course.
Headquartered in Ribandar, Goa, FLY91 currently connects nine destinations, focusing on tier-two and tier-three markets such as Solapur, Agatti, Jalgaon, Sindhudurg, and Kochi, while also operating from regional hubs including Goa, Hyderabad, Pune, and Bengaluru.
