Faridabad, Haryana: DEE Development Engineers Limited (DDEL) has reported strong financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, driven by operational efficiency, capacity expansion, and diversification into new growth sectors (DEE Development Engineers Q1 FY26).
DEE Development Engineers Q1 FY26: Financial Performance
- Total Income: ₹22,785 lakh, up 21.1% year-on-year (₹18,817 lakh in Q1 FY25).
- EBITDA: ₹3,996 lakh, up 42.8% YoY, with EBITDA margin at 17.5% (14.9% in Q1 FY25).
- Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹1,320 lakh, up 314.3% YoY, with PAT margin at 5.8% (1.7% in Q1 FY25).
- Diluted EPS: ₹1.90 compared to ₹0.60 in Q1 FY25.
- Order Book: ₹1,22,666 lakh as of July 31, 2025.

DEE Development Engineers Q1 FY26: Operational Highlights
- Capacity Expansion: The Anjar facility expansion is ahead of schedule, with an additional 15,000 MTPA capacity expected to be commissioned by end-August 2025, increasing total capacity (excluding heavy fabrication) to 30,000 MTPA.
- Backward Integration: The high-wall seamless thickness pipe plant is on track for commercial production by January 2026 to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost competitiveness.
- Sector Growth: Strong participation in the power sector, securing L1 positions with leading thermal power players; robust demand from oil & gas segment continues.

- Green Hydrogen Entry: Signed MoU with an international clean-tech partner to jointly develop, bid for, and execute modular hydrogen production systems in India and Thailand. The partnership leverages advanced hydrogen technologies and DDEL’s manufacturing expertise, including ultra-pure hydrogen purification systems with 99.9999% purity.
- Acquisition Synergy: Majority acquisition of M/s Molsieve Designs Limited enhances capabilities in the green hydrogen sector.
