RSA 2026: CrowdStrike has launched the Charlotte AI AgentWorks Ecosystem, a new initiative designed to enable organizations to build, orchestrate, and scale secure AI-powered security agents.
The Charlotte AI AgentWorks Ecosystem has been introduced in collaboration with global partners including Accenture, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Anthropic, Deloitte, Kroll, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Salesforce, and Telefónica Tech.
The Charlotte AI AgentWorks Ecosystem empowers customers to leverage CrowdStrike’s no-code development platform alongside frontier AI models to create customized security agents.
Built on the Falcon® platform, the ecosystem also opens new opportunities for partners to establish agentic security businesses while helping enterprises modernize their security operations.

At the core of the Charlotte AI AgentWorks Ecosystem is its no-code capability, allowing security teams to build, test, and deploy custom agents directly within the Falcon platform without writing code.
The platform integrates enterprise-grade security and governance, ensuring safe deployment of AI-driven workflows.
The Charlotte AI AgentWorks Ecosystem supports integrations with leading AI models such as Anthropic Claude, NVIDIA Nemotron, and OpenAI GPT.
It also leverages AI infrastructure services including Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker, enabling organizations to choose from a range of frontier AI technologies to accelerate workflows across the security lifecycle.

The Charlotte AI AgentWorks Ecosystem is also designed as a platform for ecosystem partners, including global system integrators and technology providers like Accenture, Deloitte, Kroll, Salesforce, and Telefónica Tech.
