Pune: Avante Spaces Limited, a Kirloskar Group company, has announced the development of Avante Business Park, a landmark 1.7 million sq. ft. Grade A commercial project in Pune’s Central Business District.
The launch of Avante Business Park marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion within the institutional commercial real estate segment, reinforcing its commitment to shaping Pune’s evolving business landscape.
The Avante Business Park project is envisioned as a large-scale commercial campus, strategically designed to deliver efficient, centrally located office infrastructure for both global and domestic enterprises.

Planned as a 3B + G + 20 structure, Avante Business Park will comprise three basements, a ground floor, and 20 upper floors. The project will offer expansive and efficient floor plates ranging from 85,000 sq. ft. to 95,000 sq. ft. of leasable area.
Each floor is divisible into quadrants ranging from 13,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft., enabling flexibility and scalability for occupiers.
With its design and capacity, Avante Business Park is positioned to cater to Global Capability Centers (GCCs), IT firms, BFSI players, engineering and manufacturing companies, co-working operators, and established corporates seeking long-term occupancy solutions. The project is scheduled for completion by mid-2027.
Strategically located in the heart of Pune, Avante Business Park will offer seamless connectivity through a dedicated tunnel at Karve Road, along with multiple access points via Karve Road, Canal Road, and the newly constructed DP Road.
The project will integrate approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of F&B-led support retail, including a food court, alongside multipurpose training rooms, shared meeting spaces, a gymnasium, crèche, and clinic.
