ALL Accor has announced a strategic reciprocal loyalty partnership with IndiGo BluChip, enabling members of both loyalty programs to seamlessly earn and redeem reward points across hotel stays and air travel services.
The collaboration marks one of the most significant loyalty partnerships between the hospitality and aviation sectors in India, allowing customers to exchange reward points between ALL Accor and IndiGo BluChip while expanding travel benefits across both ecosystems.
The partnership brings together Accor, a global hospitality leader with a growing presence in India, and IndiGo, India’s largest airline with an extensive domestic and international network.
By integrating their widely recognized loyalty programs, ALL Accor and IndiGo BluChip aim to offer millions of travellers a connected travel ecosystem spanning destinations, accommodation, experiences, and rewards through a unified loyalty proposition.
Under the partnership, members can convert ALL Accor Reward Points into IndiGo BluChips and vice versa, providing greater flexibility, convenience, and value.
The collaboration combines IndiGo’s extensive domestic and expanding international network with the accelerated earning and redemption framework of IndiGo BluChip and ALL Accor’s global hospitality ecosystem.
Through the reciprocal rewards program, members can earn and redeem points across thousands of destinations worldwide.

Travellers flying with IndiGo across its network of more than 140 destinations in India and overseas can now seamlessly connect their journeys with hotel stays across the ALL Accor ecosystem, which includes more than 45 hospitality brands ranging from luxury to economy.
The partnership is designed to create a more rewarding travel experience by integrating flights, accommodation, and lifestyle experiences.

The integrated exchange model enables IndiGo BluChip members to convert their loyalty points into ALL Accor Reward Points to access hotel stays, dining, experiences, room upgrades, and exclusive lifestyle benefits.
Similarly, ALL Accor members can redeem their Reward Points for travel experiences across IndiGo’s extensive flight network and travel offerings.
As one of the first reciprocal loyalty point exchange alliances between an airline and a hospitality company in India, the partnership between ALL Accor and IndiGo BluChip is aimed at enhancing customer engagement while supporting the growing demand for business and leisure travel across metro cities as well as tier-I and tier-II markets.
