Bengaluru/Singapore: Felicity, the AI-powered game-tech company known for publishing high-performing gaming titles worldwide, has announced its expansion into Singapore with the launch of Felicity Labs Pte. Ltd. as its Southeast Asia (SEA) headquarters.
The move aims to accelerate acquisitions and operational growth in the region, with a goal of achieving 2X growth by March 2026.

The Singapore hub will drive Felicity’s strategy to expand studio partnerships, target high-growth markets such as Vietnam and Thailand, and increase the regional user base to over 2 million.
The location also gives the company greater access to SEA’s thriving game development ecosystem, fostering deeper collaborations with developers, creators, and communities, alongside Felicity’s already strong gamer base in the US.
Felicity: Focus on Acquiring New IPs
Over the next 12–18 months, Felicity will invest $1 million in building a robust leadership team, expanding its talent pool, and enhancing market penetration across APAC.
With a growing presence in India, Türkiye, and now Singapore, the company is focusing on acquiring new IPs, growing its player community, and creating a regional developer network to support product innovation and cross-border partnerships.

Felicity has raised a total of $3.7 million across two funding rounds. Its pre-seed round of $700K was backed by DeVC, Swiggy founders, Kunal Shah, and other prominent angel investors.
Recently, the company closed a $3 million seed round led by 3one4 Capital, MIXI Global, and T-Accelerate Capital, further fueling its global ambitions.
