MiCoB’s Digital Construction Manufacturing Platform

MiCoB has developed a full-stack Digital Construction Manufacturing platform that goes beyond robotic 3D printing.

The platform integrates proprietary printable concrete materials, automated batching, intelligent mixing and pumping, controlled extrusion, robotic deposition, digital process planning and quality control into a single coordinated workflow.

The technology converts construction into a controlled, manufacturing-led process.

According to the company, this approach reduces dependency on conventional formwork and manual site execution while enabling faster project delivery, lower material wastage and repeatable, scalable quality.

The construction-technology startup’s technology is already deployed across defence, infrastructure and civil construction applications.

Its use cases include bunkers, retaining structures, modular buildings, hospitality structures and industrial components.

Through its technology and execution capabilities, MiCoB positions itself as a partner for large infrastructure groups seeking to build faster, cleaner and more predictably.

Karan Adani on MiCoB’s Vande Bharatam Deal

Commenting on the deal, Karan Adani, Managing Director, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd, said: “MiCoB is a clear example of what Vande Bharatam is designed to surface, deep-tech innovation that’s already solving real infrastructure problems on the ground.

Their platform has the potential to change how we build in this country, and we’re glad to back that journey.”

Kalyan Krishnamurthy on MiCoB Investment

Speaking on the investment, Kalyan Krishnamurthy, CEO, Flipkart, said: “What convinced us wasn’t just the technology, it was seeing MiCoB’s platform already deployed and working across defence, infrastructure and industrial sites.

That’s rare at this stage, and it’s why we moved quickly to back them.”

Vande Bharatam Season Finale

MiCoB‘s ₹30 Cr deal on Vande Bharatam is the largest single commitment recorded on the initiative so far this season. It is also described as the single largest investment deal of its kind in India across similar platforms.

The deal highlights the scale of opportunity being presented to India’s grassroots innovators through Vande Bharatam.

The current season of Vande Bharatam will conclude on 17 September with its Grand Finale. The winners will receive a ₹2 Cr cash prize backed by Adani Group.
