One2X Tech’s Fixit Platform Targets Enterprise AI with TDB-DST Support

One2X Tech

New Delhi: The Technology Development Board (TDB), Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, has entered into an agreement with One2X Tech Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, to support the commercialization of Fixit, an indigenously developed Agentic AI platform.

The initiative comes as the Government of India advances its vision of positioning India as a global leader in Artificial Intelligence while strengthening sovereign and indigenous AI capabilities.

Through its support to One2X Tech, TDB will enable the company to strengthen AI orchestration, enterprise integrations, security and scalability.

The project aims to help translate a home-grown AI technology into a commercially deployable platform and represents an emerging shift in enterprise AI—from systems that primarily assist users to AI agents capable of understanding objectives, taking decisions and executing coordinated actions across business workflows.

One2X Tech’s Fixit Platform Focuses on Agentic AI

Agentic AI represents an emerging evolution of artificial intelligence in which AI systems can understand an objective, determine the next course of action, interact with connected systems and continue working towards an intended outcome.

Unlike conventional AI applications that largely assist users in searching, creating, analysing or responding to information, Agentic AI enables AI systems to participate directly in execution-oriented business processes.

The technology being commercialized by One2X Tech is designed around this execution-focused approach.

At the technology layer, Fixit combines multi-agent orchestration, contextual memory, AI reasoning, reinforcement learning, real-time decision-making and secure tool execution.

The platform enables specialised AI agents to retrieve relevant context, determine appropriate actions, interact with enterprise systems, observe outcomes and subsequently learn, retry or escalate where required.

The architecture also incorporates guardrails, observability and human oversight to enable controlled and auditable deployment of AI within enterprise environments.

Through TDB-DST support, One2X Tech will work towards strengthening these capabilities as it moves the Fixit platform towards commercial deployment.

One2X Tech Initially Targets Revenue Operations

The company is initially commercializing the technology for revenue operations, where multiple specialised AI agents can work across market intelligence, customer engagement, qualification, nurturing, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, sales handover and revenue attribution.

Rather than merely recording business activity, the platform is being developed to identify and execute what should happen next. This creates a continuous intelligence loop between customer interactions, AI actions and business outcomes.

One2X Tech’s initial focus includes the real estate sector, where long buying cycles, multiple customer touchpoints and high transaction values create a strong requirement for continuous engagement and coordinated execution.

The underlying Agentic AI architecture, however, has broader potential for deployment across businesses and sectors requiring automation of complex, multi-step workflows.

One2X Tech Project Aims to Advance the “AI Workforce” Concept

A key objective of the project is to advance the concept of an “AI workforce”, wherein specialised AI agents undertake repetitive execution, monitoring, analysis and coordination while human teams continue to lead functions requiring creativity, judgement, relationships, strategy and entrepreneurship.

Such platforms have the potential to provide startups, MSMEs and smaller enterprises access to operational capabilities that traditionally require significantly larger teams and technology infrastructure.

For One2X Tech, the commercialization of Fixit is aimed at taking an indigenous Agentic AI platform from technology development towards deployment in enterprise environments, supported by capabilities focused on orchestration, integrations, security and scalability.

TDB Supports Indigenous AI Commercialization

Speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Kumar Pathak, Secretary, TDB, stated, “India’s AI journey must increasingly move from adoption to the creation and commercialization of indigenous AI technologies. Agentic AI represents an important evolution in this direction, with the potential to transform how enterprises operate and scale.

Through this project, TDB is supporting an Indian startup in taking a home-grown Agentic AI platform to the market, while contributing to the Government of India’s larger vision of building globally competitive and self-reliant AI capabilities.”

The agreement between TDB and One2X Tech Pvt. Ltd. supports the commercialization of Fixit as an indigenous Agentic AI platform.

The project is focused on enabling the company to strengthen the technology for enterprise use while contributing to the development and commercialization of indigenous AI capabilities.

One2X Tech Envisions AI Workforce for Businesses

Expressing gratitude for TDB’s support, Founder & CEO, One2X Tech Pvt. Ltd., stated, “The internet gave businesses global reach and cloud computing gave them infrastructure.

We believe Agentic AI could give businesses access to capabilities that today require entire teams. Our vision is that even a small business should one day be able to build its own AI workforce and operate with the capability of a much larger organisation.”

With Fixit, One2X Tech is focusing on an Agentic AI model in which specialised AI agents can coordinate tasks, interact with enterprise systems and execute actions across business workflows.

The platform combines AI reasoning, contextual memory, reinforcement learning, real-time decision-making and secure tool execution with guardrails, observability and human oversight.

The TDB-DST support is intended to strengthen One2X Tech’s efforts to commercialize this indigenous Agentic AI technology, initially targeting revenue operations and the real estate sector while maintaining the broader potential of the underlying architecture for complex, multi-step business workflows.
