Narayan Iyer Named Managing Director and Chair of Randstad India Management Council

Bengaluru: Randstad India has announced the appointment of Narayan Iyer as its new Managing Director for India and Chair of the Randstad India Management Council.

In his new role, Narayan Iyer will lead all four Randstad specializations—Operational, Professional, Digital, and Enterprise—in India, while also holding indirect responsibility for Randstad’s three India-based shared service centres.

With more than three decades of diversified leadership experience in the IT services and consulting industry, Narayan Iyer joins Randstad India after most recently serving as President of Bajaj Technology Services, the Technology Business Unit of Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited.

As Managing Director, Narayan Iyer will spearhead Randstad India’s next phase of growth, strengthen its digital-first capabilities, and further reinforce the company’s position as a preferred talent partner across the country.
