Hyderabad: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL), an AI-first technology company listed on BSE Limited, has been empaneled by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) as a captive non-public network provider under Category III for providing Captive Non-Public Network (CNPN) services to enterprise customers across India.

The empanelment as a captive non-public network provider follows the execution of a formal agreement between BSNL and BCSSL, enabling the company to collaborate with BSNL in planning, designing, deploying, commissioning, and maintaining captive private network solutions for enterprise customers nationwide.

The agreement will remain valid for a period of 60 months, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated therein.

Through this empanelment, BCSSL becomes eligible to participate in enterprise CNPN projects in association with BSNL. However, the company clarified that the empanelment does not guarantee any specific business or revenue, and any financial impact will depend on the projects secured in the future.

Captive Non-Public Networks are increasingly emerging as a critical component of India’s digital transformation journey. These dedicated and secure communication networks enable enterprises to deploy customized connectivity infrastructure tailored to their operational requirements.

As a captive non-public network provider, BCSSL will be positioned to support Industry 4.0 initiatives, smart manufacturing, logistics automation, mission-critical communications, and a wide range of digital enterprise applications.
