Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles to Raise Car and SUV Prices by Up to 1.5% from July 1, 2026

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles

Mumbai: Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles has announced a price increase across its portfolio of passenger vehicles, including both internal combustion engine (ICE) models and electric vehicles (EVs), with the revised prices set to come into effect from 1 July 2026.

The company stated that the increase will be up to 1.5%, depending on the model and variant.

The decision by Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles comes as the company seeks to partially offset the impact of rising input costs and sustained inflationary pressures.

The revised pricing will apply across its range of cars and SUVs while ensuring that customers continue to receive a competitive value proposition.

According to the company, the price revision is being implemented to address increasing production costs that have affected the automotive industry.

While Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles has continued to absorb a significant portion of these additional expenses, it has decided to pass on part of the impact to customers through this adjustment.

The company clarified that the extent of the price increase will vary across different models and variants.

This approach is intended to maintain the overall value proposition of each offering while responding to prevailing market conditions.

The revised prices for the passenger vehicle portfolio, including both ICE and EV models, will become effective from 1 July 2026.

With this move, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles aims to balance rising operational costs while continuing to offer its range of cars and SUVs to customers across India.
