Pune: Carwo, an eco-friendly car care startup founded by Pune-based young entrepreneur Sahil Agarwal, has introduced an innovative waterless vehicle cleaning solution aimed at promoting environmental protection and water conservation.
The Carwo – Waterless Car Spa mobile application, developed by Magic Carwo India LLP, was officially launched by actress Urvashi Rautela recently.
Waterless Technology to Save Thousands of Litres of Water
The company addresses the growing concern over excessive water usage in traditional car washing, where a significant quantity of water is consumed to clean a single vehicle.
By using advanced waterless cleaning technology, the company enables thorough vehicle cleaning without using even a single drop of water, contributing to the conservation of thousands of litres annually.

Sahil Agarwal, along with his sister Shruti Agarwal, has been working in the eco-friendly car care and cleaning segment for the past two years.
During this period, the company has built a strong and growing customer base in Pune by offering sustainable and efficient vehicle care solutions.
Carwo Offers Comprehensive Waterless Car Care Services
Explaining the concept behind Carwo, Sahil Agarwal highlighted that conventional car washing methods often damage vehicle paint and leave water stains.
To address these challenges, the team developed waterless car cleaning technology that ensures effective cleaning while protecting the vehicle’s finish.
Currently, the company provides a wide range of services under its Waterless Car Spa model, including exterior and interior cleaning, polishing, detailing, and other professional car care services, all accessible through the Carwo mobile application.

Nationwide Expansion Through App and Website
Looking ahead, Carwo plans to expand its operations beyond Pune and make its waterless car care services available across India.
The company aims to scale its offerings through the Carwo app and official website, making eco-friendly vehicle maintenance more accessible to customers nationwide.
At the launch event, actress Urvashi Rautela emphasised the importance of sustainable initiatives.
She stated that protecting the environment is a collective responsibility and noted that Carwo contributes to water conservation and sustainable development by offering an innovative alternative to traditional car washing.
