Chennai: Garuda Aerospace conducted an ESG Awareness Workshop as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen ethical, accountable, and sustainable business practices across its operations.
The initiative witnessed participation from over 150 employees and stakeholders, highlighting the company’s focus on embedding sustainability principles within the aviation and aerospace ecosystem.
The ESG Awareness Workshop was designed to build awareness around Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, with emphasis on responsible conduct, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and skill development.
Through structured sessions and interactive discussions, participants were sensitised to the role of ESG in driving long-term value creation, operational transparency, and responsible innovation in the aviation sector.

ESG Awareness Workshop Strengthens Focus on Responsible Business Practices
Rithika Agnishwar, Co-founder and Chief Administrative Officer, Garuda Aerospace, highlighted the importance of internalising sustainability across all levels of the organisation.
She stated that sustainability begins with awareness and accountability, adding that responsible aviation extends beyond technology to encompass people, processes, and purpose.
According to her, the workshop represents a step towards building a culture where ethical practices, governance, and data integrity are deeply embedded in organisational growth.
