Vascon Engineers Super Specialty Hospital Project

Mumbai: Vascon Engineers Ltd. (VASCONEQ), an EPC and real estate company with nearly four decades of industry experience, has secured a major public healthcare infrastructure contract with the award of the Super Specialty Hospital Project in Navi Mumbai.

The company has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) for the construction of a Super Specialty Hospital at Plot No. 4, Sector 15A, CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

The project is valued at ₹260.09 crore, inclusive of GST, and is expected to be completed within a 36-month execution period from the commencement date.

Vascon Engineers Super Specialty Hospital Project Strengthens Order Book

The Vascon Engineers Super Specialty Hospital Project is designed to deliver a state-of-the-art healthcare facility equipped with advanced medical infrastructure and integrated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

The project will be executed under the EPC mode, covering end-to-end responsibilities from design and engineering to construction and commissioning.

This contract further strengthens Vascon Engineers’ order book, which currently stands at ₹2,800 crore, translating into a healthy 2.8x coverage of FY25 EPC revenues.

The company has an execution capability of approximately 8 million square feet annually and is currently operating at around 90% utilisation, supported by a strong team of over 800 project and engineering professionals.

Commenting on the development, Siddharth Vasudevan Moorthy, Managing Director, Vascon Engineers Ltd., stated that the company is honoured to collaborate with the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation on this critical healthcare infrastructure initiative.

He noted that the project underscores Vascon’s ability to execute complex and high-impact institutional developments that contribute to public welfare.

He further highlighted that the EPC execution model enables Vascon Engineers to leverage its integrated capabilities to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

The company is targeting 20% annual growth in EPC revenues and aims to secure approximately ₹1,500 crore worth of new EPC orders during FY26, further enhancing order book visibility and long-term growth prospects.
