Mumbai: WNS (Holdings) Limited (NYSE: WNS) announced a strategic collaboration with the DRÄXLMAIER Group, an international automotive supplier with more than 60 locations across 20 countries. The initiative focuses on driving digital procurement transformation through the deployment of Ivalua’s advanced Spend Management platform.

As part of this partnership, WNS Procurement will oversee the implementation of Ivalua’s platform to streamline and unify DRÄXLMAIER’s procurement systems.

This initiative will replace legacy procurement tools with an integrated solution designed to strengthen Supplier Risk & Performance Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, and eProcurement. The transformation aims to optimize procurement processes globally, driving efficiency and mitigating risks across complex supply chains.
