New Delhi: Dabur’s beauty and personal care retail brand, NewU, has partnered with Unicommerce, an e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, to power its omnichannel retail operations across the country.
NewU, operated by H&B Stores Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Dabur India Limited), offers a wide portfolio of cosmetics, skincare, hair care, personal grooming, and fragrance products from both national and international brands.

Through this collaboration, NewU has deployed Unicommerce’s Uniware suite to seamlessly integrate and automate order processing across its brand website, online marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and offline retail stores.
NewU: Enhancing customer experience across 120+ stores in 35+ cities
The adoption of Unicommerce’s technology will provide the retail brand with real-time visibility of inventory across sales channels. This will help optimize stock management, prevent stockouts or overstocking, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Customers will now be able to discover products online, check availability, place orders on their preferred channels, and choose flexible fulfillment options such as home delivery or store pickup. The integration will further enhance the brand’s ability to provide reliable and convenient shopping experiences across its growing retail footprint of over 120 stores in more than 35 cities nationwide.
