Pune: D2C Strategist, a digital strategy and execution firm founded by growth consultant Harshit Sadhwani, has announced the launch of the Visionary Grant, a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at strengthening digital employability and entrepreneurial execution, with a focused emphasis on women and underserved groups.
The D2C Strategist Visionary Grant offers fully sponsored access to a 45-day live digital marketing and execution program for individuals who demonstrate strong employability potential or entrepreneurial ideas but lack access to structured training, financial resources, or digital infrastructure.
D2C Strategist Addresses Digital Employability Gaps Through Execution-Led Training
As digital skills increasingly influence access to employment and entrepreneurship, a large section of the workforce – particularly women – continues to face systemic barriers to entry.

The Visionary Grant by D2C Strategist has been designed to address this challenge through hands-on, execution-focused skill development rather than purely theoretical certifications.
“Many capable individuals are excluded from opportunity not because of a lack of talent, but because they don’t have access to the systems required to execute,” said Harshit Sadhwani, Founder of D2C Strategist.
“This initiative focuses on restoring access to skills, mentorship, and tangible pathways into employment or entrepreneurship.”
D2C Strategist Partners with NGOs to Enable Employment and Workforce Reintegration
As part of the initiative, D2C Strategist has partnered with non-governmental organisations working in women’s education and livelihood development.
Women participants who successfully complete the program will be provided structured interview opportunities with partner NGOs and aligned hiring organisations across digital, marketing, and operations roles.
The partnerships are designed to support employability and workforce reintegration, especially for women seeking to enter or re-enter the job market with relevant and contemporary digital skills.
“This is not a placement promise; it is an access promise,” Sadhwani added. “Our responsibility is to ensure participants are job-ready and visible to the right organisations, rather than being unsupported after training concludes.”

Program Structure, Learning Model, and Outcomes
The 45-day program follows a live, implementation-based format, guiding participants through digital strategy fundamentals, infrastructure setup, and real-world execution. Participants work on tangible digital assets, including websites, funnels, content systems, and analytics frameworks.
The curriculum follows a first-principles approach and has been validated through implementation across consumer brands, startups, and enterprise environments.
Why the Visionary Grant Initiative Matters
With the increasing adoption of AI and no-code technologies, digital work is becoming more accessible but remains unevenly distributed.
The D2C Strategist Visionary Grant aims to ensure that this transition translates into inclusive opportunities for women and early-stage founders from non-traditional backgrounds.
“Digital access should not be determined by geography, privilege, or prior exposure,” Sadhwani said. “CSR today must move beyond awareness and focus on capability-building.”
Application Process and Eligibility
Applications for the Visionary Grant are evaluated based on idea merit, employability potential, and intent, without restrictions related to academic background or age.
