  • What Makes Hyderabad a Hotspot for Global Hiring? Linx’s Centre Offers a Clue

    Linx Hyderabad Centre

Hyderabad: Linx, a global workforce infrastructure and Employer of Record (EOR) partner, has inaugurated a new large-capacity centre at Phoenix Avance in HITEC City, Hyderabad, as demand for international hiring accelerates.

The new Linx facility will strengthen the company’s India operations and support global payroll, compliance, client onboarding and talent acquisition for businesses building teams across more than 160 countries.

The Hyderabad centre marks Linx’s second major expansion move in 2026, following its investments in Brazil and Malaysia in April.

The expansion comes amid rising demand from growth-stage businesses and enterprise companies seeking to hire internationally without the costs and delays associated with establishing local legal entities in different countries.

Linx currently manages employment for approximately 2,000 employees worldwide.

Through its expanded Hyderabad operations, the company aims to strengthen its global workforce infrastructure and provide businesses with support across multiple international markets.

“Global hiring has moved from an experiment to the way serious companies build,” said Rasagna Holt, CEO of Linx.

“Hyderabad sits at the centre of that shift. Some of the world’s biggest employers run their capability centres here, and our clients want the people managing their workforce operations close to that talent and that ecosystem.

This centre is not about adding seats. It is about adding depth, so a company can hire in a new country, pay its people on time and stay compliant, all through one accountable partner.”

What Linx’s New Hyderabad Centre Will Offer

The new centre at Phoenix Avance in HITEC City will serve as an operational hub for several key functions supporting the company’s international workforce management business.

    Its primary responsibilities will include:

    • Global Payroll Operations: Managing global payroll operations across Linx’s footprint of more than 160 countries.
    • Compliance and Employment Administration: Providing compliance and employment administration services for companies using Linx’s Employer of Record (EOR) solutions.
    • Client Onboarding and Success: Supporting onboarding and customer success operations for clients in the United States and other international markets.
    • Global Capability Centre (GCC) Setup Support: Assisting companies looking to establish or scale their Global Capability Centre operations in India.
    • Talent Acquisition: Supporting talent acquisition requirements for clients hiring employees in India and other international markets.

The new centre is expected to strengthen Linx’s ability to manage different aspects of international workforce operations through a centralised service model.

Why Linx Chose Hyderabad for Its New Centre

Hyderabad has emerged as one of India’s leading destinations for Global Capability Centres (GCCs), supported by a strong talent pool across finance, human resources operations and technology.

The city’s growing presence of multinational companies and technology businesses makes it an important location for companies providing global workforce and employment services.

By establishing its new centre in HITEC City, Linx will position its operations closer to the multinational employers and fast-growing businesses it serves.

The location also provides access to the talent and business ecosystem required to expand its workforce operations as client demand increases.

The Hyderabad facility will support Linx’s growing international business requirements, particularly in global payroll management, employment compliance, client services and talent acquisition.

With operations covering more than 160 countries and approximately 2,000 employees under its employment management, Linx is expanding its India presence to support businesses looking to build and manage international teams through a single workforce infrastructure partner.
