VYYB AI: Nikhil Gandhi Launches UAE Venture for AI-Powered Sound, Climate and Scent

Nikhil Gandhi launches VYYB AI Technologies Ltd

Pune: Nikhil Gandhi has launched VYYB AI Technologies Ltd, a UAE-based AI company focused on helping commercial spaces manage sensory experiences more intelligently.

The launch of VYYB AI marks Gandhi’s move into entrepreneurship after more than 26 years in corporate leadership, including senior roles at TikTok, MX Player, The Walt Disney Company and Times Network.

Headquartered at the DIFC Dubai AI Campus, VYYB AI is beginning its journey in the UAE, with commercial background music as its first area of focus.

The company is developing AI-powered solutions around sound, climate and scent for commercial environments.

The venture marks Gandhi’s transition from leading businesses across media and technology to building a company of his own.

His experience spans user growth, monetisation, advertising, distribution and commercial strategy.

Gandhi has held senior leadership positions at TikTok, MX Player, The Walt Disney Company and Times Network, where he worked across digital platforms and media businesses.

His experience at these organisations exposed him to different business models, evolving consumer behaviour and the role of technology in helping businesses grow and engage with their audiences.

In 2026, Gandhi also completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Applied Agentic AI programme, adding to his experience across technology, media and business leadership.

VYYB AI Focuses on Sensory Intelligence

The idea behind VYYB AI comes from an opportunity to bring greater intelligence to physical environments where people work, shop, dine and spend time.

While businesses invest in the design and visual identity of their spaces, elements such as background music, temperature and scent are often managed independently.

VYYB AI aims to explore how artificial intelligence can help make these sensory elements more responsive to the context and requirements of a commercial establishment.

The company is initially exploring opportunities across commercial environments, including retail and hospitality.

VYYB SONIC Leads Initial Offering

The first offering from VYYB AI, VYYB SONIC, focuses on AI-powered commercial background music management.

The company is also developing VYYB ATMOS for climate optimisation and VYYB AURA for contextual scenting.

Over the longer term, VYYB AI envisions bringing these capabilities together through a proposed VYYB AMBIENCE platform.

The company’s initial focus on commercial background music provides the starting point for its broader development of AI-powered sensory solutions for commercial spaces.

Nikhil Gandhi on VYYB AI Entrepreneurship Journey

Commenting on his move into entrepreneurship, Nikhil Gandhi, Founder and CEO, VYYB AI Technologies Ltd, said, “Throughout my career, I have seen how technology can change the way businesses operate and engage with people.

With VYYB AI, I saw an opportunity to apply that thinking to physical spaces, an area where I believe there is still considerable scope for innovation.”

Gandhi added, “VYYB AI is made in the UAE and built for the world. We are building from Dubai with a clear ambition to help commercial spaces become more responsive to their customers and more consistent with their brand.

We begin with music through VYYB SONIC, with each solution grounded in what operators can use in their own venues.”
